Do you own a boat, trailer, or RV (including but not limited to Fifth wheels, motor homes, travel trailers, mules, four-wheelers)? If so, you must have a place to store these toys. Some people have enough room on their own property and therefore, do not need self storage. Some, can fit these items into their garages and again, do not need self storage. Others, who live in subdivisions ruled by Home Owner Associations are often prohibited from keeping any of the above at their homes. This is where self storage comes in. At our storage facility, we offer enclosed storage spaces for boats, trailers, mules (and all your other hunting and fishing gear), jet skis, and four-wheelers. For your motor homes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels, we have an outdoor parking area. Our parking area is uncovered, but other facilities (not related to us) do offer covered parking spaces. However, the problem you will find in the Cypress, Texas area is that most of these storage facilities are full. How can they all be full? Because in our beautiful and sought after area, neighborhoods are all ruled by HOAs. So, I leave you with this advice, if you are going to move to the area, or are going to buy a new toy and must have a place to store it, do not wait until the last minute to find a space. Whether you need enclosed storage or outdoor parking, many storage facilities in our area are filled to capacity and have waiting lists.
